ICES is one of Singapore's newest Research Institutes, funded by
the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).
Established in October 2002, the research institute's mission is to
develop scientific knowledge, R&D manpower and technological
capabilities to address major global issues in the chemical,
pharmaceutical and process engineering industries, focusing on
Singapore and the region. ICES is equipped with world-class
facilities to conduct high quality R&D work spanning the
research spectrum, from fundamental to applied research.
Constituted by an international pool of researchers, ICES is
constantly interested in highly versatile and talented PhD
candidates who have a passion and commitment to
research. Pertinent industrial experience is an advantage. The
level of appointment and remuneration will be commensurate with the
candidate's qualification, experience and research competency.
