Innovative Marine Antifouling Solutions for High Value Applications (IMAS) is a collaborative research programme among  polymer chemists, material scientists  and marine biologists of various research institutes, namely:  ICES, IMRE, SIMTech and NUS' TMSI. Funded by the Science and Engineering Research Council (SERC) of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR),  the programme  targets high-value, small underwater structures with a new, biocide-free approach to prevent biofouling.
