Position: Research Engineer / Scientist
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To work independently on R&D projects involving power and
electronic interfaces used in renewable energy and future
smart-grid systems
- To carry out independent research, analysis, design,
implementation, and testing of power and electronic interfaces used
in renewable energy sources and power grids, and their interactions
and control systems design
- To work with research teams in EPGC's core areas of work
Job Requirements:
- Possess few years of working experience in electronics or power
industry
- Good hardware skills
- Ability to do simulation using software packages like MATLAB
and SIMULINK / Labview / Powerfactory / PSCAD
- Experienced in the use of rapid prototyping platform
- Some understanding of power systems and power electronics
